The BC Work-Integrated Learning Council initiated a multi-phased research project in June 2020, in order to better understand the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic on existing employers of work-integrated learning students. My involvement was to develop a communications campaign to package and release the survey findings to key stakeholders, such as government, post-secondary institutions, employers and community partners, and WIL practitioners, who are able to use the valuable insights when planning for a post-pandemic recovery.
