My passion is communication, design, story, and making a genuine emotional connection with an audience, whether that’s customer experience, member engagement, readers or viewers. I see things from a high-level, strategic perspective in terms of desired outcomes, but also at the practical ground-level. I’m confident in building the plan and executing it, hands-on as necessary.
